The Vision
Foes We Face is a cooperative fantasy dungeon crawler that delivers the excitement of a much larger adventure game in a smaller, more approachable box. Players choose unique Allies, battle through escalating Foes, survive dangerous Events, gain Items and Relics, and work together to overcome powerful Boss encounters.
The game combines tactical cooperation, dramatic dice play, and strong replay value in a format that works for both casual players and seasoned hobby gamers. Every run feels different. Every fight demands teamwork. Every boss is a story you'll retell.

What Sets It Apart
All the drama, tension, and progression of a sprawling dungeon crawl — without the giant table footprint, two-hour setup, or massive rules burden.
This isn't managing characters in parallel. Positioning, timing, turn order, recovery, and support decisions all matter. You win or lose together.
Combat uses dice, but never in a loose or random way. Modifiers, status effects, skills, and item timing let you shape the odds and make real tactical choices.
Each run changes based on encounters, Events, upgrades, and Bosses. The structure is compact and built for repeat play — no two runs feel the same.
The Run
Each player picks a hero with a unique faction, combat profile, and skill table. Every Ally fights differently and brings something distinct to the team.
Battle through escalating enemies from Dire to Brutal tiers. Each Foe demands a different strategy — coordinated attacks, precise positioning, or sheer combined force.
Between combats, encounter branching decisions, risk-reward choices, Trials, and sudden danger spikes that reshape the flow of your run.
Collect Weapons, Armor, Amulets, and tactical Items that expand your abilities and shape the identity of your run.
